February is a pivotal month for heart health awareness, and remote patient monitoring (RPM) plays a crucial role in managing cardiovascular conditions. RPM enables healthcare providers to track patients' vital signs, such as heart rate, blood pressure, and glucose levels, in real-time, allowing for timely interventions and preventing complications.

Notably, for patients with congestive heart failure (CHF), RPM has been shown to reduce hospitalizations, improve quality of life, and enhance patient engagement in their care. By leveraging RPM, healthcare providers can identify potential issues before they escalate, ensuring prompt treatment and better outcomes.
ACM enrolled it's first RPM patients in 2019. Since then we have successfully cared for and managed the chronic conditions of thousands of patients in West Texas and Eastern New Mexico. Our personalized care combined with our patient friendly equipment from Body Trace continues to improve lives in our communities.
Heart Health Awareness Month is the perfect time to focus on the importance of RPM in revolutionizing cardiovascular care. By embracing this technology, we can improve outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and enhance the overall quality of life for individuals with heart conditions. Let's take the first steps towards improving our heart health by exploring and understanding the benefits of RPM.
